One common denominator we as beings all share on this planet is the ability to breath. It is a simple subconscious action that is responsible for regulating our bodily functions, parasympathetic nervous system, and ultimately our lives. Understanding this, we as a collective can enhance our entire livelihoods tremendously by consistently practicing conscious diaphragmatic breathing. Simply bringing awareness to our breath. On a day-to-day basis, we are constantly under stress. Whether this stress is from work, personal expectations we place on ourselves, or external pressures, this stress can create a great deal of wear and tear on us. Stress can lead to fatigue, a drop in awareness, and ultimately illness. Regulating this stress is essential to maintain optimal mental, physical, and spiritual endurance. Here at Creative House, we believe that creativity is simply aligning yourself with love and the universe and that alignment is simply being in a place where you are ready to give love and receive love. This guided breath work will help all who commit to this practice find alignment in their lives and in their creative expressions.
